We handcraft every gelato cake to order at our Sandy Springs shop, so we require at least 48 hours' notice. Pickups are available during standard shop hours.

Can I customize the gelato flavours on signature design cakes?

Our signature design cakes come pre-paired with tested flavour combinations. If you want full freedom to choose your layers and fillings, select 'Build Your Own Gelato Cake'.

What cake options and sizes can I choose from?

We craft Gelato Cakes and Sponge Cakes in 6-inch (serves 6–8) and 10-inch (serves 12–16) sizes, along with signature Tres Leches trays.

How does payment work for online cake orders?

We don't process payments directly on the website. Once you submit your order, our Atlanta team will contact you to confirm design details, pickup timing, and payment.
